Policies
- Normal Hotel Arrival hours are from 8:30 AM – 8 PM AST. Fees apply to outside of the time frame.
- 8:30 AM – 8 PM are normal check in hours. Fees apply to check in or check out outside of 8:30 AM – 8 PM.
- Early Arrival $25 (i.e. 4:30 AM AST Ferry)
- Late Arrival $25 (i.e. 8:15 PM Ferry or flights arrival after 8 PM AST call ahead to arrange to avoid fees please)
- No complimentary transportation is available.
- Check in after 2 PM AST (If the room is ready, we will do our best to get you checked in upon arrival; see office staff)
- Check out before 11 AM AST (Late checkout fee $25 will apply if available; see office staff)
- Details provided are based on current rates and availability, and are subject to change without notice.
- Room rates are based on double occupancy.
- Our additional person charge ($20 high season; $15 low) applies to children 12 and older. Pets ($25)
- Our Cancellation Policy: We require 10 days notice during high season (November-April), and 5 days notice during low season (May-October). If you cancel before the required time, you will be refunded your deposit less a $20 service fee. Deposits for reservations canceled after the required time will be forfeited. Please inquire about a SeaGate Hotel Credit good for one year.
